Women’s Circle: 3/8, 3/22, 4/5
Live Fully Into Yourself
“It made a big difference in how I am showing up and what I believe about myself.” – Amy, Women’s Circle Participant
“I felt the capacity at which women can whole-heartedly give and receive of ourselves.” – Heather, Women’s Circle Participant
In the comforting presence of other women, Eleanor creates a nurturing space for you to connect deeply with feelings about your life, relationships, Higher Power, and feminine self. Through experiential activities of mind, body and heart, practice living fully into yourself and and leave feeling renewed, peaceful and open to possibility.
Each week’s Circle includes:
- Breathing meditation to relax your mind and become present in your body
- Interactive questions to help participants connect with each other and with themselves
- Gentle movement focused on opening the body and heart
- Experiential practices exploring topics such as vulnerability, courage, self worth, intuition, love and strength
You will have the opportunity to:
- Connect deeply to who you are as a woman — integrating the thinking, analytical part of you with the more feeling, intuitive self
- Embrace your open, empathetic heart and practice accessing this perspective when relating to others and enduring life’s challenges
- Enjoy sincere connection with and validation from the trusted company of other women
